TenLease Inc.
Anti-Spam / CAN-SPAM Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy sets the standards for email sent through the TenLease platform. It applies to every customer, user, and campaign.
1. Permitted Use
TenLease email features are intended for business-to-business commercial leasing outreach to businesses and their representatives, and for transactional and relationship messages with existing contacts.
2. Required in Every Commercial Message
- Accurate From, To, Reply-To, and routing information.
- A subject line that is not deceptive and reflects the content of the message.
- Clear identification of the sending business.
- A valid physical postal address for the sender.
- A clear and conspicuous way to opt out of future commercial email.
3. Unsubscribe Handling
- Opt-out requests are processed promptly and no later than ten business days.
- Opt-out mechanisms remain functional for at least 30 days after a message is sent.
- No fee, login, or additional information may be required to opt out.
- Suppressed addresses may not be sold, transferred, or re-used for further outreach.
4. Prohibited Practices
- Harvested, scraped, purchased, or rented email lists.
- Falsified headers, forged sender identity, or misleading subject lines.
- Open relays, proxies, or any attempt to disguise message origin.
- Sending to addresses that have opted out or that have hard bounced.
- Unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive content.
5. List Quality and Deliverability
Customers are responsible for the quality of their contact data. TenLease monitors bounce rates, complaint rates, and spam-trap activity and may throttle, pause, or disable sending where deliverability or reputation is at risk.
6. Reporting and Enforcement
Suspected abuse may be reported to jeff@tenlease.ai. TenLease may investigate, suspend sending, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or applicable law.
