• Contact and account information: name, work email, phone, company, role, portfolio size.
• Property and leasing information: properties, vacancies, leasing activity, notes.
• Uploaded documents: lease documents, rent rolls, and related files submitted by customers.
• Communications data: call metadata, call recordings and transcripts where enabled, SMS and email content sent or received through the platform.
• Platform usage data: log data, device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and feature usage.
• Cookies and analytics data, as described in the Cookie Policy.
• Billing information handled by our payment processor. TenLease does not store full card numbers.

• Provide, operate, secure, and support the platform.
• Respond to demo requests and communicate about the services.
• Process transactions and invoices.
• Monitor for abuse, fraud, and unlawful use.
• Improve reliability, quality, and performance of the services.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Where call recording or transcription is enabled, recordings and transcripts may be stored and processed to deliver platform functionality. Customers are responsible for determining whether recording is permitted in the relevant jurisdictions and for providing any legally required notice or consent.

For information a customer submits or generates through the platform, the customer directs the processing and TenLease acts as a service provider. Individuals whose information is processed by a customer should contact that customer regarding their data.

We share information with:

• Service providers such as hosting, telephony and messaging, email, analytics, AI model, and payment providers, under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Professional advisers where reasonably necessary.
• Parties to a corporate transaction such as a merger, financing, or acquisition.
• Authorities where required by law or valid legal process.

TenLease does not sell personal information.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, meet legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and may be specified in the customer agreement.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. See the Security & Data Protection page for current practices.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. To exercise an applicable privacy right, contact jeff@tenlease.ai. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before processing a request.

The platform is not directed to children and is intended for business use only.
